Shipping Information

At ADAS Shoes Shop, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details of our shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The shipping fee is $12.95, and your order will be delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Your order will be delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note that order processing takes 1-2 business days before your item is shipped. We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please review the following information carefully:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons and promotional offers, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Flip Flops
  • Outdoor Sandals
  • BOGO Free items

Returns & Exchanges Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. Use the template below to ensure we have all the necessary information.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Ship Your Item: Package your item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship it to the address provided in the instructions.
  4. Wait for Processing: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Process

Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow the following timeframes for your refund to appear:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Exchange Process

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and processed. Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by ADAS Shoes Shop.
