At ADAS Shoes Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. Please read the following information carefully to understand our process.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also initiate the return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product categories, the following items are non-returnable:
- Flip Flops and Outdoor Sandals due to hygiene reasons.
- BOGO Free items, as they are part of a promotional offer.
Returns & Exchanges Process
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. Use the template below to ensure we have all the necessary information.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Ship Your Item: Package your item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship it to the address provided in the instructions.
- Wait for Processing: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Process
Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow the following timeframes for your refund to appear:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Exchange Process
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and processed. Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by ADAS Shoes Shop.
